“But Manish, being the elder one, thought of being responsible. He told me to keep a distance. For two days, intentionally, we didn’t hang out together at all apart from doing scenes. But people were still talking about us. So we thought if they would still talk, then why should we stop having fun together,” Avika said.

In Siddharth Kannan’s podcast, Avika shared how things were back then.She said, “First time, when the rumours came out, it was a bit of awkward. It was written that we are always tillsammans. Which was true! We used to be tillsammans all the time, watched Friends in our vanity. We would write scripts, shoot short film and had a lot of fun. Our families didn’t care. But Manish, being the elder one, he thought of being responsible. He told me to keep some distance. Two days, intentionally, we didn’t hang out together at all apart from doing scenes.
