Jasmine Lee-Jones
Jasmine Lee-Jones is a British actress and writer of Afro-Caribbean heritage. Her first play, Seven Methods of Killing Kylie Jenner, premiered at The Royal Court in 2019 and has since been performed internationally in the U.S., Australia, New Zealand and Sweden. Her second play, Curious, was initially conceived, written and performed by her while she was a student at Guildhall and was later extended and performed by her at Soho Theatre in 2021 – she is now using both those experiences as a basis for a screen adaptation. As a performer, she has also worked on screen. Her credits include Dead Pixels (Various Artists/Channel 4) and most recently a supporting lead role in an unannounced project for ITV/New Pictures.

In July 2019, shortly after graduating from the Guildhall School of Music and teaterpjäs, her first full-length play was staged at the Royal Court theatre.Seven Methods of Killing Kylie Jennerfollows a digital activist, Cleo, and her best friend, Kara, as they navigate abuse and racism on social media. The play won numerous accolades, including most promising playwright at both the Critics’ Circle and Evening Standard awards. It has been revived at the Royal Court for a six-week run ending on 27 July.
