The two are back on board to host and produce MPTF’s fundraising telethon as it returns for a third straight year to help Hollywood crew members in need of assistance. The Rookie: Feds is an American police procedural television series and spin-off of The Rookie. Created by Alexi Hawley and Terence Paul Winter for ABC, the series follows Simone Clark, the oldest rookie in the FBI Academy. Niecy Nash-Betts, Felix Solis, Frankie Faison, Britt Robertson, Kevin Zegers, and James Lesure were cast in starring roles. The basic premise of the series and its characters were introduced through a two-episode backdoor pilot in The Rookie. It aired from September 27, 2022 to May 2, 2023. In November 2023, the series was canceled after one season at least in part by the 2023 Hollywood double strike.[1] Despite being canceled, Solis, Robertson, and Zegers reprised their roles in Season 6 of The Rookie, and Solis and Zegers reprised their roles for Season 7 as well.

Reno 911! is an American television sitcom created by Robert Ben Garant, Thomas Lennon and Kerri Kenney-Silver for Comedy Central. It is a mockumentary-style parody of law enforcement documentary shows, specifically Cops, with comic actors playing the police officers. Lennon, Garant and Kenney-Silver all starred in and are billed as creators of the series.
The series initially aired from 2003 to 2009 on Comedy Central. A revival premiered on May 4, 2020, on streaming platform Quibi, which was renewed for an additional season (the show's eighth) on September 3, 2020.[1][2] Quibi later announced in October 2020 that it would be shutting down[3] while the eighth season was in production.[4] According to star Niecy Nash, the eighth season would debut on another platform, which was later revealed to be The Roku Channel.[5
