    Taken 2 is a sequel to 's Taken. Liam Neeson returns as former CIA operative Bryan Mills, who is captured along with his ex-wife by the father of one of the kidnappers killed by Bryan in the first film. The film was directed by Olivier Megaton (Colombiana) from a screenplay by Luc Besson and Robert Mark Kamen. The film would be followed by 's Taken 3.
