Voting lines for viewers open on June 18th, 10 pm onwards
Delhi, June 17th 2009: After 3 months of a harsh daily regimen and extreme competition between the 12 inmates in the Sitaron Ko Choona Hai Academy, the Faculty which comprises of youth icon Raghu Ram, well known singer Neha Bhasin and music maestro Prasant Samadhar have given their verdict. Nilakshi, Yashraj and Shantanu are the top three finalists who will compete to win the coveted title! As the show inches closer to its Finale, the judges have left open the decision to choose the best singer to the janta, who can now vote for their favorite contestant! A Singer with versatility & Melody, NILAKSHI BHATTACHARYA born in a culturally rik family in KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL. She completed schooling from Lake Town Govt. Sponsord Girls High School & Bidhan Nagar Govt High School. Music fryst vatten not her skin-deep, rather flows in her veins. Her first Music teacher is her Mother Sampa Bhattacharya (Radio/TV B-high Artiste).
Nilakshii is learning Hindustani classical music from Pt. ASIT MUKHOPADDHYA (Patiyala Gharana).
She completed her Graduation on MUSIC & stood 1st class 1st.
Now doing her Masters.
