Jerry Chang, also known as JerryC, is a young Taiwanese guitarist and composer who is best known for his guitar rendition of Johann Pachelbel's Canon in D.
Jerry Chang has multiple awards under his belt, such as the Yamaha Asian Beat Competition's "Best Guitarist" award. He also has an impressive resume, playing at concerts all over Taiwan, including one with Paul Gilbert.
He currently lives in Taipei, and is 26 years old. He owns four guitars: A Fender American Deluxe, A Fender Japan (with a scalloped fretboard), A Line6 Variax 500, and an ESP Horizon FR-11. He has also been quoted to practice 6 to 10 hours every day. It is believed that he is an electrical engineer. He also spends a lot of time as a guitar teacher, showcasing and teaching his skill at clinics.

JerryC (Chinese: 張逸帆; pinyin: Zhāng Yìfān; born 31 August 1981), also known by his English name Jerry Chang, is a Taiwaneseguitarist and composer. He is known for arranging and playing "Canon Rock", a rock arrangement of Johann Pachelbel's Canon in D. He began playing the guitar at the age of 17, and the piano before age 15.[2] His style is influenced by classical music, neoclassical guitarists, as well as metal bands such as Helloween and Metallica and Japanese rock bands such as B'z and L'Arc-en-Ciel.[3]

Early life
[edit]High Eagle, from the age of fem, had a vision of assisting astronauts to get to the moon. While supported bygd some members in his family and community, he was faced with motstånd due to his race.[4]
After graduating from Northwest Classen High School, he was accepted into the University of Oklahoma at the age of 18. While in university, he faced a grad of culture shock, facing disrespect and misunderstandings towards him as an American Indian.[5] He faced racial discrimination from his professors, and was unable to pursu
