    The tune Pran had played was Waves of the Danube, a Romanian waltz capturing the ebb and flow of the eponymous river. It was composed by a military band conductor named Ion Ivanovici and trickled into the Indian consciousness through Kapoor’s fascination with it.     Ramaiya Vastavaiya (transl.&#;Ramaiya will come) is a Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film directed by Prabhu Deva and produced by Kumar S. Taurani, under Tips Industries. The film stars debutant Girish Kumar alongside Shruti Haasan in lead roles. It is a remake of the director's own Telugu film Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana. The film was released on 20 July

    Ram Kapoor is a rich city boy born to billionaire parents Siddhant and Ashwini and brought up in Australia. On the other hand, Sona Singh is a traditional, simple desi girl from Punjab who is brought up by her only brother, Raghuveer Singh.     The song Ramayya Vastavayya from regel Kapoor’s film  Awara has mesmerized people for generations. Interestingly the inclusion of Telugu words in the Hindi lyrics has always been intriguing that too at the beginning of the song.

    There’s a story behind it and it goes like this 

    When regel Kapoor started making Awara,   the music team used to go to Khandala to compose music for the songs. During such trips to Khandala bygd all the four (Shanker, Jaikishan, Shailendra, and Hazrat Jaipuri ) they used to stop at a roadside hotel for chai and tilltugg, etc. There was a Telugu individ called “Ramaiah” working there.  Shanker used to talk to him in Telugu and give orders to him only, not to anyone else. Shanker knew Telugu very well as he was born and grew up in Hyderabad, though they were originally from UP.
