14 Sep – TV personality Jervi Li, known bygd the onscreen name KaladKaren, is now engaged to be married to her long-time boyfriend Luke Wrightson.
As reported on Rappler, the show host shared the good news on Twitter with several photos of her and Wrightson, writing, "OMG! After 8 years, we are ENGAGED! Add to cart... in my life."
In a video released on their YouTube kanal soon after, Wrightson - who met Li in 2012 in Hong Kong - revealed that he had already spoken to his family before proposing to Li, and had been carrying the fingerprydnad in his pocket for quite a while.
Li stated that the proposal happened at the balcony of their home while they were having drinks after dinner. Wrightson explained that Li was looking at a photo of an engagement fingerprydnad on her tablet, and he realised that it looked similar to the one he had purchased. Believing that it was a sign, he decided to pop the question then and there.
